I am a researcher interested in machine learning and computational biology, working as:
- Research scientist at Google Brain in Paris
- Adjunct researcher at the Centre for Computational Biology at Mines ParisTech.
- Adjunct professor at ENS Paris-Saclay and PSL University (MVA/MASH master) and African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AMMI master).
My main research interest concerns the development of statistical and machine learning methods for computational biology. I am particularly interested in modelling complex data, such as genomic informations, DNA 3D structures or epigenetic data, and developing predictive models for drug discovery and personalized medicine in cancer research.
