Examples of areas of particular interest include: protein structure/function prediction, molecular docking and drug design, chemical informatics, comparative genomics, analysis of high-throughput data (e.g. DNA microarray data), gene regulation, systems biology, computational neuroscience, and all areas of machine learning and large scale data analysis.
