I am actually a postdoctorate researcher at Center for Computational Biology which is a part of the U900 joint laboratory between Mines ParisTech, Institut Curie and INSERM dedicated to epidemiology, bioinformatics and computational systems biology of cancer. My supervisor is Jean- Philippe Vert.
I have defended my PhD thesis "Contributions to statistical inference in presence of multivariate censoring" in September 2014 at LSTA, Université Pierre et Marie Curie. My PhD supervisors are Gérard Biau and Olivier Lopez. Some main research topics of my thesis are
- Nonparametric distribution function estimation for censored data
- Nonparametric copula estimation under censoring
- Clustering and quantization algorithms for censored data
